WindowsBlinds as some1 suggested cannot be the cause of my porblem as i use windows 98. the problem is, i cant even see the skins. when i click on change skin,nothing happens and no window pops up..it shows small bits of the indiglo skin but the rest of it is like a normal classic skin.pleaase helllp!!!!!
