To skin or not to skin?

for the health conscience person.. is it better to cook a skinless roast chicken or to just to cook the chicken with skin on and remove the skin before eating.... I've read conflicting answers with this one and was wondering what you guys thought out there! I always thought that the skin if cooked on the bird would infuse the fats into the meat. What do you think?
To skin or not to skin?
It is always better to remove the skin.
To skin or not to skin?
cook it with the skin on it will taste much better but remove it prior to consumption. poultry is low in fat per serving anyway either way it's no big deal, there are much worst things to eat than chicken skin
