Skin Promlem(101)?

Ok you know how all the celebrities has glowy skin i know its just like airbrushed but i am a caramel color but my skin is very dull meaning dry i want to know what type of lotion can i use i have found 3 Neutrogena summer glow daily moisturizer, olay quench, and Jergens natural glow they are all lotions which is better or do you have any other suggestion however i dont want my skin to look like i have a tan a just want the glowy effect

i think a couple of those are sunless tanners. have you tried any lotions with a shimmer? if it were me, i would use a good, rich lotion - any brand- and a highlighter when i do my makeup for that dewy/glowy effect. there are so many different highlighters- you are bound to find one that suits your need!

Reply:Sephora sells luminizers, "moonbeam and highbeam", you put them on your face and they totally make you glow. They are a celeb favorite!!! Just log on to www.sephora.com. They have a whole line of products under "luminizers" that pretty much do the same thing.
