Itchy skin while exercising...why?

I could exercise forever, if my skin wouldn't itch so bad. Has anyone ever heard of this? Everytime, I exercise, my skin starts itching. It usually starts when I'm nice and warmed up and the more I scratch the worse it gets! Any solutions would be appreciated. Well, except to stop exercising which is obviously not an option. I've tried everything from skin allergy tests to drinking nothing but water(suspected it could have been a dehydration problem). So now I'm thinking that skin may be getting irritated from the clothing that I'm wearing perhaps. I'm frustrated and all out of solutions. Please Help!!
Itchy skin while exercising...why?
cholinergic urticaria. Try anti allergics, allegra/ cetrizine.
Itchy skin while exercising...why?
It is probably because of the sweat ~ allergy.

Drink lots of water and see a skin specialist.
Reply:your skin could be dry. put some body lotion on every day once to twice a day and see what happens. I like baby lotion.
Reply:Yes, your skin is irritated because of the friction between your skin and clothing. I would buy dri-fit clothing. They absorb sweat. If that is a problem, try hydrating yourself a bit more.
Reply:Maybe your sweat is reacting with detergent residues left in your clothing after being laundered, causing minor irritation. Maybe you should try changing your detergent or fabric softener.
