How can i get supple skin naturally?

i'm only 20, and about 2 years ago i got sunburned on my face and it peeled. People tell me they don't see anything wrong with my skin when i'm wearing makeup, but with out makeup my skin is dull and uneven toned and i have numerous fine lines around my nose on my cheeks and under my eyes where my skin healed its and now my skin looks stretched and i've got fine dry lines on my forehead aswell and i've tried tanning to blend my skin and lotions to add glow, but i have sensitive skin also and breakout to many things, my skin starts off really dry but gets oily on my nose and cheeks overtime, but i eat healthy and drink lot's of water and even use microdermabrasion...any advice?

First off, don't listen to the people who say, "you're just being vain"...and water won't do anything. I had the same problem. I'm also 20. I used to tan A LOT in my teens and never wore moisturizer or sun tan lotion. I got a lot of little wrinkles (at 18!!) under my eyes and it also looked stretchy, and it was very much like the situation you described. Microderm won't get rid of the wrinkles or fine lines. One of the only ways (that is actually incredibly effective) is getting a chemical peel. What it does is it completely takes off a layer (or more, depending on how deep you need it) of your skin and new skin is produced and created and then you have fresh, healthy baby smooth skin. Tanning beds make your skin much worse and age faster, because of the dryness and sunlight and artificial light is the number one cause for aging. Chemical peels have to be done by a certified derm or surgeon, and it will take 7-14 days to heal.

Reply:I thought you were looking for naturally? Whats natural about acid being put onto your face? Report It

Reply:Don't be so vain and listen to what others are saying.
Reply:Naturally the only way is to drink lots of wwater and eat plenty of fruit/vegetables. Get yourself the best moisturiser you can afford and use it twice daily, make sure you take off all your make up at night and stop sunbathing. Also exfoliate once a week too
